REE conferences are designed to gather business and engineering faculty from leading universities in the world with the goal of accelerating entrepreneurship education for scientists and engineers. Specifically, REE offers an opportunity for established entrepreneurship programs to share their success stories, and for new and established programs to learn how to enhance their offerings.
The first REE Conference was organized by
the Stanford Technology Ventures Program (STVP) in 1998 at Stanford University.
It takes place there every year and in partnership with other leading universities, STVP now co-hosts three international conferences, REE Europe, REE Asia and REE Latin America.
